Daniela Innamorati  

Born in Naples, she studied at the Conservatorio San Pietro at Majella, while at the same time studying for a degree in Classic Literature, obtaining maximum marks in both subjects. She studied vocal technique with Margaret Baker Genovesi, Maria Dragoni, Elisabetta Fiorillo, Fiorenza Cedolins; moreover she attended masterclasses held by Luciana d’Intino, Ernesto Palacio, and recently, during the summer 2015, masterclasses held by Roberto Scandiuzzi and Dolora Zajick.

 

While still in her 20s she began her career, singing in principal theatres throughout Italy, including Teatro di San Carlo di Napoli, Teatro Carlo Felice di Genova and Teatro La Fenice di Venezia. Gifted with a full mezzo-soprano spinto voice she has achieved recognition at a very young age. Her international career began with her Covent Garden debut as Maddalena in Rigoletto at the beginning of the 2010/11 Season. At present, she's studying with Giovanna Canetti in Milan.
